Brobie LLC provides kayak, paddle board, and accessory rentals at Lake Austin, Austin, TX. Rentals are available in 2-hour intervals and are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be made through our website. You may cancel a booking at any time before your scheduled rental time through the “My Bookings” page. Brobie LLC reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Assumption of Risk

Water sports involve inherent risks including but not limited to drowning, injury, and exposure to weather. By renting equipment from Brobie LLC, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

5. Equipment Responsibility

You are responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period. You agree to return all equipment in the same condition it was provided. You may be held liable for any damage or loss of equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Age Requirements

Renters must be at least 18 years of age. Minors may use rental equipment only under the direct supervision of a responsible adult who has agreed to these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brobie LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or equipment.

8. Changes to Terms

Brobie LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
