Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled rental will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

If unsafe weather conditions occur (lightning, high winds, severe storms), we will:

• Offer a full refund, OR
• Allow you to reschedule at no cost

Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for cancellation.

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your rental time may be shortened.
• No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

• You may reschedule your booking one time if requested at least 24 hours in advance, based on availability.

• Brobie LLC reserves the right to cancel or deny rentals if conditions are deemed unsafe for customers or staff.
